Xanatek will change user(s) counts upon receipt unless a future date is specified below. Should you require an additional user added before the first of the month, you will be required to pay the monthly fee for the additional user(s) in full for the next month. No credit or refund will be given for a decrease in user count if your normal billing cycle has been paid.
